Last Updated: 21/9/2026

Introduction

Welcome to the Ugreen SkillHub platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"). This Platform is operated by Ugreen Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Ugreen"). We fully understand the importance of personal information to you, and will fulfill our personal information protection obligations in accordance with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is intended to explain to you how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you are entitled to under law. Please read this Policy carefully before using the services of this Platform.

I. Personal Information We Collect

(1) Account Registration and Login

This Platform adopts the UGREEN Account as its unified login entry point, and you do not need to separately register an account on this Platform. When you choose to authorize the use of your UGREEN Account to log in to Ugreen SkillHub, we will obtain your UGREEN Account ID, avatar, and nickname from the UGREEN Account unified identity platform, for use in displaying your basic account information in the Personal Center. The collection and processing of the above information is premised on your logging in with your UGREEN Account; please refer to the "UGREEN Account Privacy Policy " for the relevant processing rules.

(2) Information Generated During Use

When you use this Platform, we will collect the following information:

• Favoriting Skills: When you favorite a Skill, we will record your UGREEN Account ID and the corresponding favorited Skill information, so as to synchronously display your list of favorites the next time you log in.

• Uploading Skills: When you complete developer verification and upload a Skill, we will collect information related to the Skill you upload or submit, including skill files, skill names, skill descriptions, skill code, version numbers, version release notes, and other relevant details. Additionally, we will display your nickname, avatar, and Skill-related information on Skill showcase, publishing, and related service pages.

(3) Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

To ensure the normal operation of this Platform and to enhance your user experience, this Platform may use cookies and similar local storage technologies. These technologies are generally used to maintain your login status, record your operational preferences, and safeguard secure access to the Platform.

II. Storage of Personal Information

(1) Storage Location

This Platform provides services globally, and the storage location of your personal information will be determined based on your region: the personal information of users in Mainland China is stored on servers located within the territory of the People's Republic of China; the personal information of users in other regions is stored, based on the principle of geographic proximity, on server nodes in Singapore, the United States, or Germany. Because server nodes are deployed by region, your country may not be the same as the country in which your data is stored, which may result in the cross-border storage of personal information. For the specific handling of cross-border transfers, please refer to the section "VII. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information" of this Policy.

(2) Storage Period

Your account information and favorites records will continue to be retained for the duration that your UGREEN Account remains valid. If you deactivate your UGREEN Account, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with law within a reasonable period after the account is deactivated, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

III. How We Share Your Personal Information with Third Parties

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information, and in principle will not provide your personal information to third parties. The specific circumstances are as follows:

(1) UGREEN Account System: Account information is read and synchronized between this Platform and the UGREEN Account system through an interface. This data flow is part of Ugreen's internal unified account management mechanism, and is governed by the relevant provisions of the "UGREEN Account Privacy Policy."

(2) Business Partners: In scenarios involving cooperation on relevant business or services, we may share necessary personal information with partners based on specific business needs, but only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the relevant service, and we will ensure that they comply with corresponding data protection obligations.

(3) Statutory Disclosure: Under circumstances required by laws and regulations, or lawfully required by judicial or administrative authorities, we may provide necessary personal information to the relevant authorities in accordance with law.

Except for the circumstances described above, we will not share, disclose, or otherwise provide your personal information to any third party.

IV. Protective Measures for Personal Information

We attach great importance to the security of your information, and undertake not only to comply with current information security standards, but also to strive to ensure that our security measures remain at the forefront of the industry. To ensure the security of your data, we have adopted a range of advanced security technologies, including but not limited to encrypted transmission, secure storage, firewall protection, and regular security vulnerability scanning.

In addition to these technical measures, we have also implemented supporting management systems to enhance information security, ensuring that our employees receive data protection training, and that all data processing and storage procedures are subject to strict review and improvement.

We fully recognize that no system can be entirely impervious to risk, and we therefore continuously work to identify and manage potential risks, and adopt preventive measures to reduce the risk of your information being leaked, damaged, misused, or subject to unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration. In the unfortunate event of a security incident, we have clear procedures and response mechanisms to handle such issues, including promptly notifying affected users, remediating the security vulnerability, and taking measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

V. Your Rights

Under the personal information protection laws and regulations applicable to your location, you may be entitled to the following rights with respect to your personal information, which you may exercise through the contact information listed in Section IX of this Policy or via the official UGREEN Account website:

We will respond within fifteen business days of receiving your request to exercise your rights. Where we are unable to fully satisfy your request due to legal requirements or technical limitations, we will explain the reasons to you.

VI. Protection of Minors

This Platform is primarily intended for users with full capacity for civil conduct. If, under the laws applicable to your location, you are a child or have not reached the statutory age for independently using the services of this Platform, please read this Policy and use the services of this Platform under the consent and guidance of your parent or other guardian. We will not knowingly collect personal information from children. With respect to any cross-border transfer of personal information that may result, we will lawfully adopt the necessary compliance measures to ensure that your personal information receives adequate protection, including but not limited to: adopting security technical measures such as encryption and de-identification, and constraining the personal information processing conduct of overseas recipients by signing standard contracts or through other means that comply with legal requirements, so as to ensure that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection after being transferred outside the country.
